The Academy of Football, in London
Every summer the West Ham United Foundation opens its international academy in east London. Players train at the Bobby Moore Sports Hub and the Foundation's training complex, following the same methodology the club uses with its own academy, widely recognised as one of the best in the UK.
Each week combines 19 hours of football with Pro-Experience seminars, video analysis and a personal player assessment, plus an optional 8 hours of British Council accredited English lessons. Residential students stay in en-suite rooms at UCL University with 24-hour supervision.

Designed for players at a standard level aiming to break into high performance: technical, physical and psychological development inside a pro-club environment.
Boys and girls 12 – 17Standard
For those who want to learn and practise football: agility, positioning, ball control, passing and moving, formations and tactics, attacking and defending with UEFA coaches.
Boys and girls 12 – 17Goalkeeping
Specialist goalkeeper training in small groups: handling, footwork, distribution and the psychological side of the position. Available 4–30 July 2027.

Football Only
A residential programme focused 100% on football: 19 hours of weekly training with the Foundation's UEFA coaches, Pro-Experience seminars, video analysis, en-suite accommodation at UCL University and 24-hour supervision.
Football + English
The same residential football programme plus 8 weekly hours of British Council accredited English lessons, taught in small groups with a communicative approach.

The West Ham United Foundation Academy of Football gives international student-athletes the chance to train and play under the tutelage of the club's coaching team. Every player is profiled and analysed — physique, pace, attitude, technical ability and game intelligence — to build a personal development plan, supported by wearable tracking, performance testing and professional video analysis.
